小青龙汤加减治疗婴幼儿喘息疗效观察

Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of infant wheezing：a clinical observation

摘要：
目的：观察小青龙汤加减治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效。
方法：将120例婴幼儿喘息发作期患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组予中药小青龙汤加减,对照组予布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入,观察比较两组临床疗效。
结果：治疗7 d后观察组临床控制率为83.3%(50/60),高于对照组63.3%(38/60),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组咳嗽气喘、肺部哮鸣音消失时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组肺部痰鸣音消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
 结论：小青龙汤加减有化痰平喘的良好疗效。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction subtraction in the treatment of infant wheezing.
Methods：Totally 120 cases of children with wheezing episodes were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=60). Observation group was given Xiaoqinglong decoction；control group was treated with budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation；compare clinical curative effect of two groups.
Results：Seven days after treatment the clinical control rate of observation group was 83.3%(50/60), higher than the control group ［63.3%(38/60)］, the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05). The time for cough asthma and lung wheezing sound to disappear had no statistical difference(P＞0.05)；the time for lung phlegm sound to disappear in observation group was obviously shorter than the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05).
Conclusion：Xiaoqinglong decoction is very effective in eliminating phlegm and relieving wheezing.
