输合配穴针刺对LPS脑损伤幼鼠模型脑组织S100B、NSE表达的影响

Effects of combined transport acupuncture on the expression of S100B, NSE and LPS of brain tissue of young rats with cerebral injury model.

摘要:
目的:探讨输合配穴针刺干预对LPS脑损伤幼鼠模型脑组织S100B、NSE表达的影响。
方法:将60只SD新生的乳鼠随机分为针刺干预组、模型组和对照组,对干预组采用输合配穴针刺21 d后,对各组大鼠脑组织中S100B、NSE含量进行检测。
结果:干预组S100B、NSE的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且21 d时均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:通过对脑损伤模型脑组织S100B、NSE表达检测,明确“输合配穴”针刺法在早期干预有效性。

Abstract:
Objective:To research the effect of acupuncture intervention on the expression of S100B、NSE of different types of brain injury model in rat brain tissue.
Methods:According to the model preparation method is divided into premature intervention group and non intervention group, LPS premature intervention group and non treatment group, Ischemia and hypoxia group and untreated group, LPS intervention group and the non intervention group, the normal group. The method of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect S100B、NSE content in brain tissue of rats in different group.
Results:Rats S100B, NSE expression was closely correlated with the severity of brain injury.The expression of  S100B、NSE in model group, was significantly higher than that in the blank control group (P<0.01).The results showed: the expression of S100B、NSE in brain tissue was lower than non intervention group expression in the acupuncture intervention group on twentyfirst day.
Conclusions:The premature delivery to hypoxia and ischemia, rats, lipopolysaccharide infection detection of brain injury.S100B、NSE are not consistent in various model,maybe that related to the severity of brain injury related model.Brain tissue S100B、NSE expression was lower than non intervention group expression in the acupuncture group, which can demonstrate the use of "shu and he point" early intervention of acupuncture effectively.
