摘要：
闭塞性细支气管炎是一种细支气管炎症损伤所致的慢性气流阻塞综合征，儿童以反复下呼吸道感染或重症肺炎不良预后最为多见。患儿病情缠绵难愈，预后较差，临床治疗较为棘手。王雪峰教授从事中医药防治儿童肺炎研究近40年，近年来，随着病原学的变迁，对儿童闭塞性细支气管炎的诊治有独到的见解，临床疗效较佳。本文选取两则病案，探讨中西医结合防治儿童闭塞性细支气管炎的理法方药。

Abstract:
Bronchiolitis obliterans(BO) is a chronic airflow obstruction syndrome caused by bronchial inflammatory injury，with the most common prognosis of repeated lower respiratory tract infections or severe pneumonia in children. The child's condition is lingering and difficult to heal, the prognosis is poor, and the clinical treatment is relatively difficult. Professor Wang Xuefeng has been engaged in research on the prevention and treatment of children's pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 40 years. In recent years, with the change of etiology, there have been unique opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of BO in children, and the clinical effect is better. In this paper, two medical records are selected to discuss the principle, method and prescription of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for prevention and treatment of BO in children.
