摘要： 王有鹏教授基于“分消走泄”的基本治疗原则，结合30年的临床经验，同时对温胆汤与泽泻汤进行加减化裁，组方“泽泻温胆汤”。泽泻温胆汤系导师王有鹏教授自拟温胆汤系列组方其一，两方相和，增强宣上、畅中、渗下之功，使湿热从三焦而去。本文以临床上治疗眩晕、单纯性肥胖验案为例，两者皆有相同的病机即为湿热，都选用泽泻温胆汤进行治疗，体现了中医学“异病同治”的特点。利用“分消走泄”的治疗方法，用药精准，疗效显著。

Abstract: Based on the basic treatment principle of "dividing and eliminating venting", Professor Wang Youpeng, with 30 years of clinical experience, combined with Wendan soup and Zexie soup for the addition and subtraction of the prescription, the prescription "Zexie Wendan Soup". Professor Wang Youpeng, the instructor of Zexie Wendan soup, has a series of prescriptions for Wendan Tang. The two sides are combined to enhance the power of Xuan Shang, Chang Zhong and Xia, so that the damp heat goes away from the San Jiao. This article takes the clinical treatment of vertigo and simple obesity as an example. Both of them have the same pathogenesis, that is, damp heat, and all of them are treated with Zexie Wendan soup, which reflects the characteristics of TCM treatment of different diseases. The treatment method of "dividing and eliminating leakage" is accurate and the curative effect is remarkable.
