踝足矫形器提高痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能的研究

Therapeutic effect of anklefoot orthoses on the children with spastic cerebral palsy

摘要:
目的:观察踝足矫形器治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。
方法:痉挛型脑瘫患儿分为观察组和对照组各20例,两组均进行常规康复训练,观察组加踝足矫形器治疗动静态尖足。治疗1个疗程(3个月)后采用改良Ashworth量表进行小腿三头肌肌张力和采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)进行粗大运动功能评估。
结果:两组患儿治疗后观察组小腿三头肌肌张力与对照组比较显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组GMFM得分与对照组比较显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
结论:踝足矫形器可降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿小腿三头肌肌张力,能提高粗大运动能力。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of anklefoot orthoses(AFO) on the children with spastic cerebral palsy(CP).
Methods:The children with spastic CP were divided into observation group(n=20) and control group(n=20).Both the two groups were trained with Traditional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was added with AFO to treat static and dynamic tiptoe.After one course of treatment(3 months) the crus triceps muscular tone was evaluated via the modified Ashworth Rating Scale(MAS),and the gross motor function via Gross Motor Function Measurement(GMFM).
Results:The crus triceps muscular tone in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of GMFM in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group(P<0.01) after treatment.
Conclusions:AFO can decrease the crus triceps muscular tone of the children with spastic CP and improve the gross motor function.
