阿胶牡蛎口服液联合锌铁钙复合制剂对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿骨代谢的影响

Influences of gelatin oyster oral liquid in combination with compound preparations of zinc, iron and calcium on bone metabolism in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets

摘要:
目的
观察阿胶牡蛎口服液联合锌铁钙复合制剂治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病临床疗效及对患儿骨代谢的影响。
方法
选取2016年6月至2017年9月新疆医科大学第二附属医院预防保健科收治的维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿80例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。所有患儿均给予维生素D常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予锌铁钙复合制剂治疗,观察组给予阿胶牡蛎口服液联合锌铁钙复合制剂治疗。治疗12周后比较两组患儿临床疗效及骨代谢指标水平。
结果
治疗12周后,观察组患儿临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨代谢指标显示,两组治疗后桡骨、尺骨骨密度和25-(OH)D3水平显著高于治疗前,骨碱性磷酸酶水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿桡骨、尺骨骨密度和25-(OH)D3水平显著高于对照组,骨碱性磷酸酶水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论
在维生素D治疗基础上应用阿胶牡蛎口服液联合锌铁钙复合制剂治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病效果良好,能够提高临床疗效,并有效改善患儿骨代谢指标,临床上值得应用。

Abstract:
Objective
To observe the curative efficacy of gelatin oyster oral liquid in combination with compound preparations of zinc, iron and calcium in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets and its influences on bone metabolism.
MethodsA total of 80 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets, who received treatment in our department from June 2016 to September 2017, were collected as observational objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. All children were given conventional treatment of vitamin D. Besides conventional treatments, the control group was given treatment of compound preparations of zinc, iron and calcium, while the observation group was given treatment of gelatin oyster oral liquid in combination with compound preparations of zinc, iron and calcium. After 12 weeks, the curative efficacy and levels of indices of bone metabolism were compared between the two groups.
Results
After 12 weeks, the total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%, 38/40) was statistically higher than that of the control group(77.5%, 31/40, P<0.05). Indices of bone metabolism showed that in comparison with the control group, the observation group had higher bone density of radius and ulna, lower level of bone alkaline phosphatase, and higher level of 25-(OH)D3 with all statistical differences(P<0.05).
ConclusionBesides conventional treatment of vitamin D, gelatin oyster oral liquid in combination with compound preparations of zinc, iron and calcium has good curative effect in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets, and it can increase curative efficacy and improve indices of bone metabolism.
