摘要：
目的
探讨儿童缺血性脑卒中相关病因的危险因素及临床特点。
方法
对2013年1月1日至2018年9月30日湖南省儿童医院收治的169例缺血性脑卒中患儿进行回顾性分析。
结果
169例患儿中，男96例,女73例；发病年龄平均为(2.4±1.3)岁，首发表现多为抽搐、肢体偏瘫、语言障碍。常见危险因素有感染、脑动脉病变、外伤、心脏疾病、烟雾病等。
结论
缺血性脑卒中是儿童脑卒中的常见类型，感染、脑动脉病变、外伤、烟雾病是最主要危险因素，临床表现形式可多种多样，最常见为瘫痪、语言障碍、抽搐。

Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the risk factors and clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke(IS) in children.
Methods
Retrospective analysis was conducted in 169 children with ischemic stroke admitted to and treated in Hunan Children's Hospital from January 1, 2013, to September 30, 2018.
Results
Among the 169 cases, 96 cases were male and 73 cases were female. The median age of onset was 2.4±1.3 years old, and the first symptom were mostly convulsion, hemiplegia and language disorder. Common risk factors were infection, cerebral arteriopathy, trauma, heart disease and moyamoya disease, etc.
ConclusionIschemic stroke is a common type of stroke in children, and infection, cerebral arteriopathy, trauma and moyamoya disease are the most important risk factors. Clinical manifestations can be varied, and the most common ones are paralysis, language disorder and convulsions.
