小儿止汗宁神膏治疗小儿气阴两虚兼营卫不和型汗证临床观察

摘要：
目的
观察小儿止汗宁神膏治疗小儿汗证的临床疗效。
方法
选择2016年1月至2018年1月深圳市中医院收治小儿汗证（气阴两虚兼营卫不和型）患儿160例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组给予小儿止汗宁神膏口服，对照组给予玉屏风颗粒口服，两组疗程均为5 d，治疗后及停药1个月时评估临床疗效及中医证候疗效。
结果
在治疗5 d和疗程结束1个月时随访时，观察组临床总有效率和中医证候疗效总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论
小儿止汗宁神膏治疗小儿气阴两虚兼营卫不和型汗证疗效显著。

Abstract:
Objective
To observe therapeutic effects of Xiaoer Zhihan Ningshen extract for treating hyperhidrosis children．
Methods
From January 2016 to January 2018, a total of 160 cases of hyperhidrosis children with Qi-Yin deficiency combined with disharmony of Ying-Wei disharmony were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，with 80 cases in each group．The treatment group received oral administration of Xiaoer Zhihan Ningshen extract, while the control group was given Yupingfeng granules orally, both twice per day; both groups were treated for 5 days. The overall efficiency and effect on Chinese syndromes was evaluated after treatment and in 1 month after stopping taking the medicine.
Results
After 5-day treatment and 1 month after stopping taking medicine, the total effective rate and effect on Chinese syndromes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Xiaoer Zhihan Ningshen extract shows obvious effects in the treatment of hyperhidrosis children with Qi-Yin deficiency combined with Ying-Wei disharmony syndrome.
