Application of PBL method in child healthcare teaching in higher vocational nursing

摘要:
目的
为了适应我国社会现代健康事业对高职护理人才的需求,在社区护理学的儿童保健教学过程尝试采用以问题为基础(PBL)教学法,以探求更适宜高职护理的教学方法。
方法
以四川护理职业学院2015级高职护理专业学生为研究对象,采用随机整群抽样法抽取2个班级,共123人,分别为对照组62人和观察组61人。观察组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授法。采用自编高职护理PBL质量评价表评价学习兴趣、人际沟通能力、团队合作能力、人文关怀能力。
结果
观察组在改变高职护生的学习兴趣、护理工作中的人际沟通能力和团队合能力方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在护理人文关怀能力方面评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论
PBL教学法提高了高职护生的整体素质,值得进一步应用推广。

Abstract:
Objective
In order to meet the demands for higher vocational nursing talents in the field of modern health of our country, the PBL method was adopted in teaching child health care of community nursing, aiming to explore more suitable methods of teaching higher vocational nursing.
Methods
The students of grade 2015 in Sichuan Nursing Vocational College majoring in nursing were included as the study subjects. A total of 123 students of two classes were chosen by cluster randomized sampling, and they were divided into two groups, 62 in control group and 61 in observation group.PBL method was adopted for observation group and traditional teaching method was used in control group. The selfdesigned PBL quality assessment scale for higher vocational nursing was used to evaluate the learning interests, the interpersonal communication ability, teamwork ability and humanistic care ability of the students.
Results
The scores of observation group was higher than those of the control group in learning interests, interpersonal communication in nursing and teamwork, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the score of humanistic care ability in nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).
Conclusion
PBL teaching method improve the quality of students majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges, and it should be further promoted.
