肾炎康复片治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎血尿和蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘要：
目的
观察肾炎康复片治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎血尿和蛋白尿的疗效及其安全性。
方法
选取2015年11月至2016年12月湖南省儿童医院收治的小儿紫癜性肾炎合并血尿和蛋白尿患儿112例，随机分为对照组和观察组各56例。对照组给予抗过敏和对症治疗|观察组在对照组基础上给予肾炎康复片治疗。2周为1个疗程。治疗3个疗程后观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。
结果
观察组临床总有效率为78.5%（44/56），高于对照组60.7%（34/56），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）|观察组不良反应发生率为19.64%（11/56），显著低于对照组73.21%（41/56），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论
针对紫癜性肾炎伴有血尿和蛋白尿患儿给予肾炎康复片治疗效果显著，且安全无明显毒副作用。

Abstract:
Objective
To observe the efficacy and safety of Nephritis Rehabilitation tablets in treatment of hematuria and proteinuria in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis.
Methods
From November 2015 to December 2016, 112 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis complicated with hematuria and proteinuria were treated in Hunan Children's Hospital, and they were randomly divided into Both groups and the observation group, each with 56 cases. Both groups were given anti-allergy and symptomatic treatment. The observation group was also treated with Nephritis Rehabilitation tablets, 2 weeks as 1 course, and all patients received the treatment for 3 courses. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.
Results
The total effective rate of observation group was 78.5%(44/56),higher than that of the control group(60.7%，34/56)(P<0.05); in observation group incidence rate of adverse reaction was 19.64%(11/56), significantly lower than the control group(73.21%,41/56)(P<0.05).
Conclusion
For children with purpura nephritis accompanied by hematuria and proteinuria, the treatment of Nephritis Rehabilitation tablets has significant effect, and it is safe with no obvious toxic and side effects.
