先天性巨结肠患儿结肠组织钾离子通道蛋白表达的变化

Changes of potassium channel protein expression in colon tissue of children with congenital megacolon

摘要:
目的
观察先天性巨结肠患儿结肠组织钾离子通道蛋白表达的变化。
方法
选择2012年10月至2016年10月湖南省儿童医院收治先天性巨结肠患儿40例作为观察组,同期选择本院肠套叠患儿40例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法对患儿结肠组织钾离子通道蛋白的表达进行测定。
结果
观察组HERG1钾离子通道蛋白表达阳性率、Kv3.4钾离子通道蛋白阳性率分别为85.0%(34/40)、90.0%(36/40),显著高于对照组0%、10.0%(4/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论
先天性巨结肠患儿结肠组织钾离子通道蛋白呈高表达特征,可能为先天性巨结肠重要的发病机制之一。

Abstract:
Objective
To observe the changes of potassium channel protein expression in colon tissue of children with congenital megacolon.
Methods
Forty patients with congenital megacolon treated in Hunan Children's Hospital from October 2010 to October 2016 were enrolled as the observation group. The 40 patients with intussusception were selected as the control group. The expression of potassium channel protein in colon tissue was measured by immunohistochemistry.
Results
The positive rate of HERG1 potassium channel protein expression and Kv3.4 potassium channel protein was 85.0%(34/40) and 90.0%(36/40) respectively, which were significantly higher than those of control group[0%, 10.0% (4/40)], the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion
The potassium channel protein of colonic tissue in children with congenital megacolon is characterized by high expression, which may be one important pathogenesis of congenital megacolon.
