摘要： 小儿脑炎，尤其是细菌性脑膜炎是小儿时期常见的中枢神经系统感染性疾病。可由各种化脓性细菌引起，以发热、头痛、呕吐、惊厥等为常见临床表现。吾师张葆青教授基于“五运六气”的运气理论学说，运用戊戌年司天方静顺汤治疗小儿不典型脑炎，并取得一定疗效，为中医治疗小儿脑炎开拓新的诊疗思路。

Abstract:

Encephalitis, especially bacterial meningitis, is a common infectious disease of the central nervous system in children. It can be caused by various purulent bacteria, and has such common clinical manifestations as fever, headache, vomiting and convulsion. Based on the theory of "Five Yun and Six Qi", Professor Zhang Baoqing uses Jingshun decoction in the treatment of children with atypical encephalitis, which is quite effective, and provides a new line of thinking about the diagnosis and treatment of encephalitis in children.
