知柏地黄丸化裁方治疗儿童特发性性早熟的疗效分析

摘要：
目的
探析知柏地黄丸化裁方治疗儿童特发性性早熟的疗效。
方法
选择2016年11月至2018年12月普宁华侨医院收治的儿童特发性性早熟患儿200例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用曲普瑞林进行治疗，观察组采用知柏地黄丸化裁方进行治疗，比较治疗前后两组患儿身高、骨龄与年龄比(BA/CA)、左侧乳核直径、右侧乳核直径以及卵泡直径，卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)和血清黄体生成素(LH)性激素水平以及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平。
结果
治疗后两组患儿身高和BA/CA与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿左、右侧乳核直径以及卵泡直径均显著小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿FSH、E2和LH性激素水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组患儿IGF-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论
知柏地黄丸化裁方治疗儿童特发性性早熟具有显著的疗效，同时能有效改善患儿的症状，并降低性激素水平。

Abstract:
Objective
To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang pill in treating children with idiopathic precocious puberty.
Methods
Totally 200 cases of children with idiopathic precocious puberty admitted to Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. Control group was given triptorelin, while observation group was given modified Zhibai Dihuang pill. The height, the ratio of bone age with age(BA/CA), nucleus diameter of left breast, nuclear diameter of right breast and follicle diameter, serum levels of folliclestimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2) and serum luteinizing hormone(LH), and serum levels of insulinlike growth factor 1(IGF-1) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results
There was no significant difference in height or BA/CA between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the diameter of left and right breast nucleus and follicle in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH, E2 and LH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in IGF-1 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).
Conclusion
Modified Zhibai Dihuang pill has significant effect on children with idiopathic precocious puberty, and can effectively improve the symptoms of children and reduce the level of sex hormones.
