摘要：
目的
探析B超监测生理盐水灌肠复位治疗小儿急性肠套叠的疗效。
方法
2013年1月至2016年1月江门市新会区人民医院小儿外科收治住院的急性肠套叠患儿98例，随机分为对照组48例和观察组50例。对照组行X线透视下空气灌肠复位治疗，观察组行B超监测生理盐水灌肠复位治疗，对比治疗时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、体温以及C反应蛋白。
结果
两组患儿术后肠管均复位。观察组治疗时间、术后肛门排气时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后C反应蛋白及体温显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
结论
B超监测生理盐水灌肠复位治疗小儿急性肠套叠的疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective
To study the effect of enema reset with normal saline under B-ultrasound in the treatment of children with acute indigitation.
Methods
A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data in 98 children with acute indigitation, who were treated in our hospital from Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2016.They were divided into two groups based on the treatment protocol: control group(n＝38) and observation group(n＝60).The control group was treated by enema reset with air under X-ray, and the observation group received normal saline for enema reset under B-ultrasound. The treatment duration, exhausting time after operation, length of hospital stay, body temperature and CRP were compared between the two groups.
Results
The treatment duration, exhausting time after operation, length of hospital stay, body temperature and CRP of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and there was significant and statistical difference（P<0.05）.
Conclusion
The effect of enema reset with normal saline under B-ultrasound is significant in the treatment of children with acute indigitation, which is worthy of clinical application.
