摘要： 蝉蜕、僵蚕均入肺、肝经，具有疏散风热、熄风止痉、清热利咽、透疹止痒等功效，现代药理研究表明其具有抑菌、抗炎、退热、镇静、平喘、抗过敏等作用，根据其功效，临床使用常配伍加减，治疗小儿外感发热、类百日咳综合征、荨麻疹、多发性抽动症疾病，具有较好的临床效果。

Abstract: Periostracum cicadae and Bombyx batryticatus can affect lung and liver meridian, and have the effect of dispelling wind pathogens, relieving spasm, clearing heat and relieving sore throat, eliminating urticaria to relieve itching, and so on. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that they have bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, antiasthmatic, and antiallergic effects. According to the effects, they are often used in combination clinically to treat exopathogenic fever, pertussis-like syndrome, urticaria, and Tourette syndrome in children, and get pretty good clinical therapeutic effect.
