摘要：
目的: 观察康复介入时间对小儿重型颅脑损伤后肢体功能恢复的影响。
方法: 选取100例重型颅脑损伤患儿进行回顾性分析，根据不同康复介入时间将患儿分为对照组(58例)与观察组(42例)，前者于48 h后予以康复介入治疗，后者于48 h内予以早期康复介入治疗，观察比较两组治疗前后GCS评分变化及肢体功能恢复情况。
结果: 治疗后观察组GCS评分(4.58±0.13)分比对照组(3.55±0.11)分高，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)|观察组治疗总有效率92.86%显著高于对照组68.97%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 重型颅脑损伤患儿行早期康复介入治疗可取得显著效果，可有效促进肢体功能恢复，提高预后质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of rehabilitation intervention time on the recovery of limb function of children with severe brain injury.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of children with severe brain injury was performed|depending on the intervention time they were divided into intervention group(58 cases)and observation group(42 cases)|the former was given rehabilition intervention treatment after 48 hours,and the latter was given early rehabilitation therapy within 48 h|two groups were observed before and after treatment for GCS score changes and recovery of limb function.
Results: After treatment,the in GCS score observation group［(4.58±0.13)points］was higher than the control group［(3.55±0.11)points］,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05)|the total effective rate in the observation group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.97%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion: The study shows that for the children with severe brain injury,early rehabilitation intervention therapy can achieve remarkable results,effectively promote the recovery of limb function,and improve the quality of their prognosis.
