复合凝乳酶佐治小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察复合凝乳酶佐治小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。
方法：将100例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用静脉滴注喜炎平、静脉/口服补液及口服布拉氏酵母菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服复合凝乳酶治疗,3 d后观察疗效及呕吐症状改善情况。
结果：观察组与对照组总有效率分别为96%(48/50)和82%(41/50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),在缓解呕吐症状方面,观察组与对照组呕吐缓解时间分别为（8.6±2.8）h和（22.8±7.7）h,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。
结论：复合凝乳酶佐治小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of complex milk-clotting enzymes in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.
Methods：Totally 100 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in the obsenvation group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusions of Xiyanping, intravenous/oral rehydration and oral Bradys yeast;in the observation group, on the basis of the above treatment complex milk-clotting enzyme was taken orally for the treatment. Observe the effect 3 days later.
Results：The total effective rate in both groups was 96% (48/50) and 82% (41/50), respectively,with a statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05); in terms of relieving symptoms of vomiting, the relieving time in observation group and control group was respectively (8.6±2.8)h and (22.8±7.7)h,showing that observation group was significantly better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).
Conclusion：Complex milk-clotting enzymes have remarkable effect in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.
