急救护理在小儿高热惊厥的应用

摘要：
目的:总结小儿高热惊厥时的急救护理措施。
方法:2011-10/2014-10湖南省儿童医院呼吸二科收治44例小儿高热惊厥患儿,回顾分析其临床资料,对小儿高热惊厥的急救护理措施进行分析与总结。
结果:44例患儿经过有效急救、治疗与精心护理,惊厥症状均得到有效控制,最终康复出院,平均住院时间(6.9±1.3)d。
结论：采取有效的急救与护理措施,能够使小儿高热惊厥得到控制,可提高治疗效果,帮助小儿早日康复。

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize the emergency nursing measures in febrile seizures.
Methods：A total of 44 cases of febrile seizures in children were included in the study.Retrospective analysis of clinical data was made. Emergency nursing measures for febrile seizures in children were analyzed and summarized.
Results：In the 44 patients,through effective emergency treatment and intensive care, seizure symptoms were effectively controlled, and the child patients were ultimately discharged; the average length of hospital stay was(6.9±1.3) d.
Conclusion：Effective emergenency nursing measures enables us to bring febrile seizures under control,which can improve the therapeutic effect, helping children to recover sooner.
