中医辨证论治配合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肺炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察中医辨证论治配合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肺炎的临床疗效。
方法：将95例婴儿巨细胞病毒肺炎患儿随机分为观察组48例和对照组47例。对照组给予止咳、平喘、化痰等对症治疗，更昔洛韦5 mg/kg，加入5%葡萄糖（1∶1）稀释后静脉滴注，每日2次，连用14 d；观察组在对照组基础上辨证运用五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减。14 d后观察患儿症状、体征变化。
结果：观察组治疗后血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷氨酸转氨酶、血清总胆红素与直接胆红素较对照组下降更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治愈率为91.7%（44/48），显著高于对照组61.7%（29/47），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
结论：五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减配合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肺炎治疗作用强，无肝功能异常，疗效显著，可在临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and ganciclovir for cytomegalovirus pneumonia in children.
Methods：A total of 95 cases of cytomegalovirus pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group(48 cases) and the control group(47 cases).The control group was given intravenous drip as symptomatic treatment with ganciclovir(5 mg/kg) and 5% glucose(1∶1)，twice a day for 14 days to reduce sputum and relieve cough.In the observation group，traditional Chinese medicine was used in addition to the above treatment.Observe the changes of the symptoms and signs of the children after 14 days.
Results：The serum ALT,AST,AKP,GT,TBIL and DB in the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group after treatment，the difference being of statistical difference(P＜0.05)；the cure rate of the observation group was 91.7%(44/48)，significantly higher than the control group(61.7%，29/47)，with statistical difference(P＜0.05).
Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ganciclovir has good therapeutic effect on cytomegalovirus pneumonia，with no liver dysfunction，which should be clinically recommended.
