肾综颗粒对肾病综合征大鼠微炎症的影响

Effect of Shenzong granule on micro-inflammation in the rats with primary nephrotic syndrome

摘要:
目的
探讨肾综颗粒对肾病综合征大鼠微炎症的影响。
方法
将40只SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠随机选取8只大鼠作为正常组,其余32只大鼠制备肾病综合征模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、激素组、肾综颗粒组、激素加肾综颗粒组,每组8只。除正常组、模型组外,其余各组分别予激素、肾综颗粒、激素加肾综颗粒干预,检测血清核因子κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。
结果
激素加肾综颗粒组能显著降低肾病综合征大鼠血清NF-κB、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论
激素加肾综颗粒组对肾病综合征大鼠微炎症状态具改善作用,其作用机制可能是通过降低IL-1β、TNF-α水平,减少IL-6的分泌,使C反应蛋白、NF-κB含量降低等减慢炎症因子的致炎效应,阻断炎症进程。

Abstract:
Objective
To study the effect of Shenzong granule on micro-inflammation in the rats with nephritic syndrome.
Methods
Of 40 SPF male Wistar rats,8 were chosen randomly as the normal control group (group A),and the remained 32 rats were made into nephrotic syndrome models,which were then divided into 4 groups with 8 in each group:model group(B),hormone group(C),Shenzong group(D) and hormone plus Shenzong group(E).Group C,D and E were intervened respectively with hormone,Shenzong granule and hormone plus shenzong granule;detect the level of serum neuclear factor κB(NF-κB),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),IL-6,and C-reactive protein(CRP).
Results
The level of NF-κB,IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in rats with nephrotic syndrome was significantly reduced in group E,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
The micro-inflammation in rats with nephrotic syndrome is improved by hormone and Shenzong granule. Its working mechanism may be through reducing IL-1β and TNF-α level,the IL-6 secretion,and decreasing the content of CRP and NF-κB,which results in slowing down the reaction of inflammation factors and blocking the inflammation.
