养血定痫颗粒联合丙戊酸钠对小儿癫痫患儿疗效及智商损害的影响

Effect of Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate on children with epilepsy and intelligence impairment

摘要：
目的：观察养血定痫颗粒联合丙戊酸钠对小儿癫痫患儿疗效及智商损害的影响。
方法：将102例癫痫患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组给予养血定痫颗粒联合丙戊酸钠治疗,2个疗程后对比两组疗效、不良反应及智商指数。
结果：观察组愈显率为78.4%(40/51),显著优于对照组56.9%(29/51),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；操作智商、言语智商及总智商等评分治疗前后差值均显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论：养血定痫颗粒联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫可减少药物不良反应,改善智商发育,提高疗效,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the effect of Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate on children with epilepsy and intelligence impairment.
Methods：Totally 102 children with epilepsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group. Sodium valproate treatment was given to the control group and the observation group was given Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate for treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, compare efficacy, adverse reactions and IQ index of the two groups.
Results：The apparent rate of the observation group was 78.4% (40/51), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.9%，29/51), the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05). The scores of the operation IQ, the verbal IQ and the total IQ of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in observation group than in the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion：Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate in treatment of children with epilepsy can reduce adverse drug reactions, improve IQ development and improve the curative effect, which is worth being popularized in clinical application.
