摘要/Abstract

摘要：
目的：观察中西药联合治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。
方法：将儿童支气管哮喘患儿176例随机分为观察组89例和对照组87例,两组均采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上根据哮喘不同证型给予中药方剂加减治疗。两组疗程均治疗8周。疗程结束后观察两组临床症状消失时间及临床疗效。
结果：观察组在咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间方面均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论：中西药联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘效果明显,值得临床应用推广。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on bronchial asthma in children.
Methods：Totally 176 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group (89 cases) and control group (87 cases). Both groups were given routine treatment.The observation group was also given Chinese medicine according to different types of asthma.. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.
ResultsIn： the observation group, the disappearance time of cough, wheezing and pulmonary rales was shorter than that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05),the difference being statistically significant.
Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine is effective in children with bronchial asthma, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
