舒利迭联合布地奈德、白三烯治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

摘要：
目的：总结舒利迭联合布地奈德、白三烯受体拮抗剂在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗效果。
方法：选择儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘120例,按照就诊编号末位奇偶数分为观察组(62例)和对照组(58例),两组患儿入院后均给予对症综合治疗。对照组给以舒利迭、布地奈德治疗；观察组给以舒利迭、布地奈德、白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特治疗,疗程结束后比较两组治疗效果。
结果：两组患儿治疗后肺通气功能均有所改善,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患儿治疗后IL-4、IL-10、IL-13等水平均有所改善,观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组临床效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论：舒利迭联合布地奈德、白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,具有较高的安全性,值得推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize the treatment effect of seretide combined with budesonide and leukotriene receptor antagonist on children with cough variant asthma.
Methods：Totally 120 cases of children with cough variant asthma were divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (58 cases) according to the number of visits (the last odd and even number), and were given the routine treatment. Besides, the control group were given seretide and budesonide treatment; the observation group were given seretide,budesonide and leukotriene receptor antagonist (montelukast) treatment;analyze the effect in the two groups.
Results：The pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05); the level of IL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 of two groups were improvd after treatment, and the observation group was obviously better than the control group (P＜0.05); the clinical effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P＜0.05),with a statistical significance.
Conclusion： Seretide combined with budesonide and leukotriene receptor antagonist agent has remarkable effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma with high security, and is worthy to be popularized.
