高危儿家长随访依从性调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the follow-up compliance in parents of high-risk children

摘要: 目的 探讨高危儿随访的依从性及其影响因素。方法 收集在高危儿门诊就诊的580例家长及患儿资料,采用自行设计的调查问卷,内容包括患儿的基本情况、父母文化水平、主要照顾者、家长的认知等情况。结果 (1)335/580例(57.76%)患儿家庭依从性好,29/580(5.00%)的患儿家庭依从性差。(2)父母文化水平,高危儿家庭离医院的车程、患儿体格发育、家长的认知水平影响高危儿随访的依从性。(3)未能按时随访的高危儿(超过1个月未随访),通过医生电话提醒、短信通知等,有69.35%的家庭能够参加随访。结论 半数以上的家庭依从性良好,影响随访依从性的因素有:父母的文化程度、家长的认知水平以及患儿的体格发育。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the follow-up compliance of high-risk children and the influencing factors.MethodsThe data of 580 cases of parents and children visiting high-risk department were collected, and the questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The contents included the basic situation of the children, the parents' education level, the main caregivers, the parents' cognition and so on.Results(1) About 57.76%(335/580) patients had good family compliance; 5% (29/580) children had poor family compliance. (2) The level of parents' education, the time length of car ride, the physical development of children, and the cognitive level of the parents affected the compliance of high-risk children. (3) In the high-risk infants who failed to follow up on time (more than one month), 69.35% of the families were able to participate in the follow-up after being reminded by phones and messages.ConclusionMore than half of the families have good compliance; the factors that affect follow-up compliance are: parents' education level, parents' cognitive level and physical development of children.
