摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察中药浴配合康复护理对痉挛型脑瘫的疗效观察。方法将80例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组均给予康复综合护理治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药药浴治疗,3个疗程后观察两组治疗效果。结果经过治疗及精心护理,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论中药药浴治疗配合科学的康复护理可提高临床疗效。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine bath combined with rehabilitation nursing on cerebral palsy.MethodsEighty cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each.The two groups were given comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation, and the treatment group were given additional traditional Chinese medicine bath; after three courses of treatment, observe the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results After treatment and careful nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine bath combined with rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical effect.
