Abstract:
Objective
To study the application of family posture management under the guidance of nurses in rehabilitation department in the nursing of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
Methods
Fifty children with spastic cerebral palsy diagnosed and treated in the rehabilitation medicine department of our hospital from March 2017 to April 2017 were selected as the control group. 50 children with spastic cerebral palsy diagnosed and treated in December and November of 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received routine rehabilitation training + family posture management. After 6 months of treatment, the daily living ability(ADL) score, the percentage of gross motor function(GMFM-88) score and the compliance and accuracy of family posture management after intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results
After 6 months of intervention, ADL score, GMFM-88 score and the compliance and accuracy of family posture management were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).
ConclusionFamily posture management guided by rehabilitation nurses can improve the compliance and accuracy of parents' execution, improve their daily living ability and promote the improvement of gross motor function.
