叙事医学在小儿康复病房优质服务中的应用

Objective
To explore the application of narrative medicine in the quality service of pediatric rehabilitation ward.
Methods
Eighty children in pediatric rehabilitation department were divided into two groups, 40 in control group and 40 in observation group. The 40 cases in observation group were treated with high quality narrative medicine service, and the 40 cases in control group were treated with normal nursing mode in pediatric rehabilitation ward. The satisfaction degree of the parents were analyzed before and after the service.
Results
After narrative medicine was carried out in observation group, the parents' satisfaction (30.52±2.33) was higher than that of the control group （24.69±1.98），and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).
ConclusionThe quality nursing service of narrative medicine in pediatric rehabilitation ward can greatly improve the patients' satisfaction
