Abstract:

Objective
To analyze the application effect of comprehensive information construction of nursing in pediatric transfusion room in order to reduce the waiting time of children receiving transfusion.
Methods
A total of 18 773 children receiving treatment in transfusion room were chosen as the observation group by sampling method during the period of information construction of pediatric transfusion room from July 2016 to June 2017, and 18 052 children were chosen as the control group, who received treatment during the period of conventional information construction of the hospital from June 2015 to May 2016. Compare the transfusion yield rate at peak time, average waiting time and the satisfaction rate between the two groups.
Results
The transfusion yield rate at peak time of the observation group was 97.48%(18 300/18 773), significantly higher than that of the control group(56.17%,10 139/18 052), the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). The waiting time of observation group was (24.96±5.02)min, which was significantly lower than that of control group[(59.58±10.42)min,P<0.05]. The satisfaction rate in observation group was 98.99%(18 584/18 773), significantly higher than that in control group(85.09%,15 361/18 052)(P<0.05).
ConclusionThe application of comprehensive information construction of nursing in pediatric transfusion room can significantly increase the transfusion yield rate at peak time and the satisfaction rate and reduce the waiting time of children, which helps to establish a harmonious relationship between patients and nurses.
