Analysis of the etiology of Henoch-Schonlein purpura

Abstract:
Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a leukocytic vasculitis involving capillaries and small arteries, often accompanied by abdominal pain, joint pain and kidney damage. It is more common happens in children. The etiology of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is not clear,and it may be related to many factors such as infections, genetics, foods, drugs and intestinal micro-ecological imbalance, etc. In addition, the onset of atopic dermatitis can also cause Henoch-Schonlein purpura. The disease is often recurrent and has many complications. Early diagnosis and treatment are beneficial to recovery. This article reviews the latest progress on the etiology of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
