Abstract:
Bronchiolitis obliterans(BO) is a chronic airflow obstruction syndrome caused by bronchial inflammatory injury, with the most common prognosis of repeated lower respiratory tract infections or severe pneumonia in children. The child's condition is lingering and difficult to heal, the prognosis is poor, and the clinical treatment is relatively difficult. Professor Wang Xuefeng has been engaged in research on the prevention and treatment of children's pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 40 years. In recent years, with the change of etiology, there have been unique opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of BO in children, and the clinical effect is better. In this paper, two medical records are selected to discuss the principle, method and prescription of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for prevention and treatment of BO in children.
