Abstract:
Objective
To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing methods in children with bronchial asthma and its influence on pulmonary function.
Methods
From March 2017 to October 2018, 82 children with bronchial asthma in Pediatric Department of our hospital were selected for study. According to the order of admission, the children were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given diversified nursing. The improvement in pulmonary function and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.
Results
The pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly improved. The maximum expiratory flow(PEF), forced expiratory volume(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(PVC) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group was 95.12% (39/41), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.05%,32/41), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Diversified nursing has better effect on children with bronchial asthma. It can promote the improvement of pulmonary function, alleviate discomfort and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
