Abstract:
Objective
To explore the application value of individualized continuing nursing model in the clinical treatment of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods
Totally 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given individualized continuous nursing. The rehabilitation effect, gait index, limb motor function score and balance function score of the two groups were compared, and the negative emotional score and nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared.
Results
The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 93.3% (28/30), which was significantly higher than 73.3% (22/30) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fastest walking speed and stride length of 10 m after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference in stride length between the sickened and the healthy side was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of limb motor function and balance function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the family members in the observation group was 96.7% (29/30), which was significantly higher than 80.0% (24/30) in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Individualized continuing nursing model can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children with cerebral palsy, improve their gait, limb movement function and balance function, reduce the negative emotions of their families, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
