Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the effect of Xiyanping injection on intestinal mucosal barrier and myocardial enzyme spectrum level in children with rotavirus diarrhea.
Methods
Ninety children with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection on the basis of the treatment for control group. The therapeutic effect, intestinal mucosal barrier function index and myocardial enzyme spectrum level were compared between the two groups.
Results
The clinical total effective rate of observation group was 95.6%(43/45), which was significantly higher that of control group(80.0%,36/45), the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, endotoxin(ET), diamine oxidase(DAO), D-lactic acid(D-LAC), phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), phosphocreatine kinase(CK), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the observation group decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Xiyanping injection is effective in treating rotavirus diarrhea in children. It can effectively regulate the intestinal mucosal barrier, improve the level of myocardial enzymes, and benefit the prognosis of children with rotavirus diarrhea.
