小儿急性附睾炎的诊治体会

Abstract:
Acute epididymitis in children is one of the disease of acute scrotal pain, which is classified as "carbuncle" in traditional Chinese medicine; it is not commonly reported clinically. The disease has a rapid onset with obvious pain, so it should be distinguished in time from torsion of testicles and appendages.The delay in diagnosis and treatment may affect fertility. The diagnosis and treatment of this disease should focus on traditional Chinese medicine, and be based on heart and liver, which can significantly improve pain and clinical symptoms in children.
