Abstract:
Objective
To explore the intervention effect of the clinical nursing path and the prognosis of children receiving strabismus correction under general anesthesia.
Methods
Totally 70 cases of children receiving strabismus correction under general anesthesia in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects, and they were divided into observation group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases) according to the order of admission. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of adverse emotions and adverse reactions before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results
Before nursing intervention, HAMA score and HAMD score of children in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05). After nursing intervention, HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.57%(3/35), significantly lower than that in the control group(34.29%,12/35), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion
In the nursing care of children receiving strabismus correction under general anesthesia, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively help children to relieve adverse emotions and reduce adverse reactions, and nursing effect is significant,so it is worth promoting.
