Abstract: There are few reports on children with clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis, which has poor curative effect, high mortality and poor prognosis by western medicine treatment. This paper reports a child diagnosed with this disease, which was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The disease was controlled and drug was stopped successfully, and the treatment achieved good results.
