小儿发育迟缓的评估与诊断

Abstract

Abstract:
Global development delay (GDD) has various causes，whose diagnosis is difficult. Cause analysis of GDD is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of patients，assess morbidity of siblings and perform targeted intervention to specific cases. This article mainly summarizes clinical assessment of GDD (medical history，physical examination，etc)，cause analysis (metabolic assessment，genetic assessment，etc) and imaging assessment based on latest literatures，thus generating comprehensive diagnosis，which helps to perform treatment aiming at causes and early-stage rehabilitation to improve prognosis of patients.
