复方丹参注射液对病毒性脑炎患儿血浆溶血磷脂酸浓度改善的临床意义

Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the effect of compound Danshen injection on concentration of plasma lysophosphatidic acid in children with viral encephalitis and its significance.
Methods：A total of 98 cases of viral encephalitis in children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (49 cases in each). The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen injection in addition to the treatment for the control group. Compare the change of the concentration of plasma lysophosphatidic acid and coagulation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment, and analyze the therapeutic effect in the two groups.
Results：The total effective rate of observation group(95.92%) was significantly higher than that of control group (73.47%) ( P＜0.05); the indexes of the two groups had statistically significant difference at different times after treatment(P＜0.05).
Conclusion：Compound Danshen injection can significantly improve the concentration of plasma lysophosphatidic acid in children with viral encephalitis, and thus improve the therapeutic effect, which is beneficial to disease remission.
