小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏治疗小儿风热感冒40例疗效观察

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of infantile Chiqiao Qingre granule combined with compound Hibiscus mutabilis ointment on wind-heat cold in children.
Methods:The 80 cases of wind-heat type common cold in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group; the observation group was treated with infantile Chiqiao Qingre granule combined with compound Hibiscus mutabilis ointment, and the control group was treated by compound paracetamol and oral A Ma, 5 days as a course;after treatment, observe treatment effect.
Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05); the two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.
Conclusion:Infantile Chiqiao Qingre granule combined with compound Hibiscus mutabilis ointment has good effect in the treatment of pediatric wind-heat cold.
