Abstract: ObjectiveTo determine the concentration of D-dimer and antithrombin in children with nephrotic syndrome, and to provide evidence for the formation of thrombosis.MethodsTotally 39 children with nephrotic syndrome were observed, and 40 healthy children were selected as control group. In the two groups, 1 mL of blood was extracted in the early morning, and the D-dimer and antithrombin concentration in the plasma were detected by centrifugation. The results of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe concentration of D-dimer in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the concentration of antithrombin was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIt is important to determine the concentration of D-dimer and antithrombin in children with nephrotic syndrome in determining thrombosis.
