热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘要：
目的：探讨手足口病患儿应用热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗的效果及药物安全性。
方法：选取2014年8月至2016年8月在河南省登封市人民医院接受治疗的98例手足口病患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用利巴韦林颗粒进行治疗，观察组进行热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗。治疗5 d后观察两组治疗效果，治疗前后各生化指标的变化情况及用药安全性。
结果：
观察组患儿总有效率为97.96%（37/49），显著高于对照组75.51%（37/49），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经治疗后，观察组患儿白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）及丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿不良反应发生率较为相近，用药安全性比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
结论：热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗小儿手足口病具有较好的临床效果，有效改善患儿白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、AST及ALT等指标水平，用药期间不良反应少，用药安全性高。

Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the effect of Reduning injection combined with ribavirin granules in patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) and the safety of the drug.
Methods：A total of 98 children with HFMD were randomly divided into control group(49 cases) and observation group(49 cases) according to the digital table method,and the patients in control group were treated with ribavirin, while those in the observation group were treated with Reduning injection combined with ribavirin granules.After 5 days of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared;the changes of the biochemical indexes before and after treatment and the safety of the medication were compared.
Results：The total effective rate of the observation group(97.96%) was significantly higher than the control group(75.51%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC,hs-CRP,AST and ALT level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar,and the safety difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).
Conclusion：The combination of Rehuning injection with ribavirin granules has a higher clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric hand,foot and mouth disease.It can effectively improve the WBC,hs-CRP,AST and ALT levels in children,with fewer adverse reactions during medication,and higher safety.
