保守治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察保守治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。
方法：选取2014年3月至2016年3月在湖南省儿童医院耳鼻咽喉科进行诊治的62例慢性鼻窦炎患儿，入院后均给予保守治疗，主要是依据患儿病情给予鼻用糖皮质激素康酸莫米松及鼻朗喷鼻，阿奇霉素、桉柠蒎、匹多莫德与鼻负压治疗等，患儿的治疗疗程均为8周，观察分析全部入选患儿的临床疗效、症状评分变化情况及不良反应情况等。
结果：全部患儿的治疗均完成后显示，62例患儿的治疗总有效率为90.32%(56/62)；且将患儿治疗前后的症状评分进行对比分析，治疗后较治疗前明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；全部患儿在治疗中均未出现严重不良反应。
结论：儿童慢性鼻窦炎患儿给予阿奇霉素、桉柠蒎与鼻负压治疗等保守疗效，具有良好的疗效。

Abstract:
Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment for children with chronic sinusitis.
Methods：Sixty-two children with chronic sinusitis were enrolled in the study, who were treated in Hunan Children Hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. All patients were treated conservatively after admission. The patients were treated with nasal corticosteroids, mometasone, for nasal spray, azithromycin, eucalyptus pinene, pidotimod and nasal negative pressure treatment, which lasted for 8 weeks. Observe and analyze the clinical effect, change of symptom score and adverse reactions of these children.
Results：After completing the treatment of all children, it was shown the total effective rate of the 62 cases was 90.32%(56/62). The symptom scores of the children after treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in all the children.
Conclusion：Azithromycin, eucalyptus pinene and nasal negative pressure have good curative effect in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis.
