布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻及对细胞免疫功能的影响

Clinical effect of saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea and its impact on the cellular immune function

摘要: 目的:观察布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。
方法:2013年5月至2014年5月濮阳市妇幼保健院儿科收治住院的急性腹泻患儿88例,随机分为对照组与观察组各44例。对照组口服蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服布拉氏酵母菌散。两组均连续治疗4~7 d。观察两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化。
结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.5%(42/44),显著高于对照组75.0%(33/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+水平均显著高于对照组,CD8+水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿急性腹泻可提高临床疗效,在一定程度上改善患儿细胞免疫功能,提高疾病预后,具有推广价值。

Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical effect of saccharomyces boulardii sachets in children with acute diarrhea and its impact on the cellular immune function.
Methods:A total of 88 children with acute diarrhea treated from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into control group and test group according to different therapies, 44 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional therapy; the test group was given the conventional therapy and saccharomyces boulardii. The treatment lasted for 4 to 7 days. The clinical effect and the level of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte cell were observed.
Results:The total effective rate of test group(95.5%,42/44) was significantly higher than that of control group(75.0%,33/44)(P<0.05); after treatment, the level of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ of test group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05); the level of CD8+ of test group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion:For children with acute diarrhea, the saccharomyces boulardii sachets can improve the clinical effect, the cellular immune function and the children's prognosis. It is worthy of promotion.
