苏黄止咳胶囊对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的免疫调节作用

Suhuang cough-relieving capsule regulates immunologic function of children with cough variant asthma

摘要:
目的
研究中药复方苏黄止咳胶囊对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的治疗效果和细胞免疫功能的影响。
方法
选择2014年1月至2016年4月朝阳市第二医院儿科收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患儿接受常规治疗,必要时雾化吸入治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服苏黄止咳胶囊,3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗3个月后的临床疗效,用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶法(APAAP法)测定血清T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+水平,并计算CD4+/CD8+比值。
结果
观察组治疗总有效率达95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前血清CD4+和CD8+水平以及两者比值的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组CD4+水平以及CD4+/CD8+比值均明显高于治疗前,而CD8+水平则明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论
苏黄止咳胶囊可提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的免疫功能,改善临床症状。

Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the treatment result of Suhuang cough-relieving capsule and its effect on immunologic function of children with cough variant asthma.
Methods
Eighty children with cough variant asthma admitted to Department of Pediatrics, the Second Hospital of Chaoyang from January 2015 to April 2016 were included, and equally randomized into treatment group and control group(n=40 per group). Children in the control group received routine treatment, and if necessary, inhalation therapy was given. In addition to the treatment for control group, the treatment group also received treatment of oral Suhuang cough-relieving capsule, 3 months as a course of treatment. After 3-month treatment, the total effect was observed, and serum CD4+, CD8+ levels of T lymphocyte subsets were measured by alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase assay (APAAP method), and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was calculated.
Results
The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group [95% (38/40) vs. 80% (32/40), P<0.05]. Serum levels of CD4+ and CD8+ and their ratio were similar between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, serum level of CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of both groups were significantly increased; however, serum level of CD8+ was decreased after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Suhuang cough-relieving capsule can improve immunologic function and therapeutic effects in children with cough variant asthma.
