银翘散加减治疗小儿轻中度急性感染性喉炎疗效观察

Fructus forsythiae powder in the treatment of children with mild-to-moderate acute infectious laryngitis：a clinical observation on the effect

摘要：
目的：观察银翘散加减治疗小儿轻中度急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效。
方法：65例轻中度急性感染性喉炎患儿随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。观察组口服银翘散加马勃、山豆根、木蝴蝶、射干煎剂；对照组口服阿莫西林颗粒、利巴韦林颗粒、雾化吸入布地奈德。两组治疗3～5 d为1个疗程。观察两组治疗效果及主要症状消失时间。
结果：两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组喉鸣、声嘶、犬吠样咳嗽消失时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患儿用药期间均无明显不良反应。
结论：银翘散加减治疗小儿急性喉炎疗效明显优于口服阿莫西林、利巴韦林、雾化吸入布地奈德，且经济实惠、不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fructus forsythiae powder in the treatment of children with mild-to-moderate acute infectious laryngitis.
Methods:A total of 65 children with the disease were divided into two groups：the observation group(33 cases) and the control group(32 cases).The observation group was given Fructus forsythiae powder along with some other Chinese herbs.The control group was given amoxicillin granules，ribavirin granules and atomized inhalation of budesonide.The treatment lasted 3 to 5 days as a course.Observe the clinical result and the time for symptoms to disappear.
Results:The total effective rate of the two groups had no statistical difference(P＞0.05).The time for laryngeal stridor，hoarseness and barking cough to disappear in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No adverse reaction was observed in both groups.
Conclusion:The treatment with Fructus forsythiae powder has better effect than amoxicillin orally taken，ribavirin and atomized inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis；it is cheaper with fewer adverse reactions，which deserves spreading.
