槐杞黄颗粒对原发性肾病综合征患儿免疫功能的影响

摘要：
目的：观察槐杞黄颗粒联合糖皮质激素对原发性肾病综合征（PNS）患儿免疫功能的影响。
方法：52例PNS患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各26例。观察组采用槐杞黄颗粒联合强的松治疗，对照组单独服用强的松治疗，观察两组尿蛋白的转阴时间、治疗8周后IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8的变化情况。
结果：观察组尿蛋白的转阴时间明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组IgG、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均较对照组明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，而CD8较对照组有下降，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.01）。观察组IgA、IgM在治疗后略有增高，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.01)。
结论：槐杞黄颗粒辅助强的松治疗PNS可缩短尿蛋白的转阴时间，对患儿的细胞免疫及体液免疫有良好的调节作用。

Abstract: Objective：To observe the effects of Huaiqihuang granule plus glucocorticoid on the immune function of children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).
Methods：A total of 52 children with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(n=26) was treated with Huaiqihuang grannule plus prednisone；the control group(n=26) was treated with prednisone only. Observe the time of proteinuria turning negative and the change of IgG，IgA，IgM and CD3，CD4，CD8 and CD4/CD8 after eight weeks of treatment.
Results：The time of proteinuria turning negative in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05)；IgG，CD3，CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the treatment group were significantly improved(P＜0.01)；both differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05 and P<0.01)；CD8 was lower than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.01)；IgA and IgM in the treatment group were slightly increased, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.01).
Conclusion：Huaiqihuang granule plus prednisone in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome can shorten the time of proteinuria turning negative, and has a good effect in the regulation of humoral and cellular immunity.
