发热相关惊厥患儿236例随访观察

摘要：
目的：总结发热相关惊厥患儿的临床特点,提高对相关疾病的认识。
方法：对236例发热相关惊厥患儿的临床资料进行随访分析。
结果：热性惊厥197例,肌阵挛-站立不能癫痫2例,婴儿严重肌阵挛癫痫2例,热性惊厥附加症7例,全面性癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症14例,神经系统异常14例,其中1例伴有海马硬化。12例仅有一级亲属中患热性惊厥病史。
结论：热性惊厥是较常见的一种发热相关性惊厥,诊断热性惊厥需排除其他相关性疾病,提高对各种发热相关性惊厥的认识,对疾病的诊断及预后的判断有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize the clinical characteristics of children with convulsions associated with fever, and to improve the knowledge of related diseases.
Methods：The clinical data of 236 cases of febrile convulsion was followed up and analysed.
Results：There were 197 cases of febrile seizures,2 cases of myoclonus-astatic epilepsy,2 cases of severe myoclonic epilepsy in infancy,7 cases of febrile seizures plus,14 cases of generalized epilepsy with febrile seizures plus,14 cases of nervous system abnormalities with one case complicated with hippocampal sclerosis.There were 12 cases with a family convulsions history only existing in first-degree relatives.
Conclusion：Febrile seizures is one of the more common convulsions associated with fever. Diagnosis of febrile seizures need to rule out other diseases.We should enhance the understanding of various convulsions associated with fever, which is very important to the diagnosis of the disease and judge ment of the prognosis.
