胡天成教授治疗小儿脾胃病证的用药规律浅析

摘要： 目的 挖掘整理名老中医胡天成教授治疗小儿脾胃病证的用药规律及诊治经验。 方法 采集胡天成教授门诊治疗小儿脾胃病的病例，运用聚类、关联及Ward算法等数据挖掘方法，研究总结胡天成教授治疗小儿脾胃病证的用药规律。 结果 筛选所得310首处方涉及中药115种，使用频次3 458次，均方用药11.15味次；提取了常用高频(核心)药物16味；通过聚类分析得到4大类核心用方；挖掘常见药对6对。 结论 初步获取了胡天成教授辨治小儿脾胃病的用药规律。胡天成教授治疗小儿脾胃病讲求纳运相依，燥湿相济，力求恢复脾胃升清降浊之功；其选方精当，用药轻灵，小儿脾胃虚弱，慎用攻伐，亦不偏倚补益，且重视调畅气机，佐以调护，活用温清补泻药物，治验良多。

Abstract: Objective To mine and analyze Prof Hu Tiancheng′s (a prestigious Chinese physician) medication rules and experience in diagnosis and treatment of children with spleen stomach syndrome Methods The child cases of spleenstomach syndrome treated in the outpatient department by Prof Hu Tiancheng were collected The datamining methods,such as clustering,association and ward calculation,were used to study and summarize Prof Hu′s medication rules in treating children with spleen stomach syndrome Results A total of 310 prescriptions were selected,involving 115 kinds of Chinese medicines,with the frequency of application being 3 458,11.15 kinds/time per prescription Sixteen kinds of high frequency (core) drugs were chosen;four kinds of core prescriptions were obtained by clustering analysis;six pairs of commonly used drugs were excavated Conclusion Prof Hu Tiancheng′s medication rules in the differentiated treatment of children with spleen stomach syndrome have been primarily obtained He focuses on the dependence of intake and digestion,the combination of dryness with dampness,aiming to recover the function of spleen and stomach He′s precise in choosing drugs and flexible in using them The function of spleen and stomach in children is weak,so Prof Hu is careful in using some stimulating drugs and pays attention to the regulation of Qi,and he has a lot of experience in the treatment
