听觉统合训练联合靳三针对自闭症患儿语言障碍及智力发育的影响

Effects of auditory integration training combined with Jin San Zhen on language disorders impairment and mental development in children with autism

摘要: 目的 探讨听觉统合训练联合靳三针对自闭症患儿语言障碍及智力发育的影响。 方法 选择2017年2月至2019年3月于我院接受治疗的自闭症患儿90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组应用靳三针针刺治疗,观察组采用听觉统合训练联合靳三针方案治疗,对比两组患儿语言障碍及智力发育的变化情况。 结果 治疗6个月后观察组语言障碍发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后两组患儿IQ评分均有所提高,且观察组IQ评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 听觉统合训练联合靳三针治疗自闭症患儿疗效显著,利于改善患儿语言障碍,提高患儿智力发育。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of auditory integration training combined with Jin San Zhen on language disorders and mental development in children with autism Methods Ninety children with autism who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases each The control group was treated with acupuncture by Jin San Zhen,and the observation group was treated by auditory integration training combined with Jin San Zhen Results After 6 months of treatment,the incidence of language disorders in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) After 6 months of treatment,the IQ scores of the two groups of children were increased,and the IQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) Conclusion Auditory integration training combined with Jin San Zhen has a significant effect on children with autism,which helps to improve children′s language disorders and their intellectual development
