新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势下的中医儿科门诊诊情变化分析

目的: 通过数据研究新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势下的中医儿科门诊诊情变化。
方法: 通过医院信息系统调取江西中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊2020年1月至5月的诊疗数据，并与2019年同期数据进行对比分析。
结果: 疫情期间的中医儿科门诊量显著下降，疫情好转后逐渐恢复。疫情期间肺系疾病的诊疗人次显著减少，抽动症、早发育的诊疗人次逆势增加。
结论: 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势下中医儿科的门诊量和病种变化均有显著变化。

Analysis of changes in TCM pediatric outpatient department in situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia

Objective: To studyingchanges in the outpatient department of TCM pediatrics in situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia based on data.#br# Methods: Through the hospital information system, the diagnosis and treatment data of pediatricoutpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of TCM from January to May in 2020 were retrieved and compared with the data of the same period in 2019.#br# Results: During the pandemic, the number of outpatient visits decreased significantly, and gradually increased after the situation was improved. During the pandemic, the number of patientswith pulmonary diseases decreased significantly, while the number of patients with Tourette syndrome and pubertas praecox increased.#br# Conclusion: In the pandemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the number of outpatient visits and disease variety of TCM pediatric clinic have changed significantly.

Abstract: Objective: To studyingchanges in the outpatient department of TCM pediatrics in situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia based on data.
